Registration information requirements
- A picture of your pet(s)
- Vet name and phone number
- Shot expiration dates for Rabies, Dhpp(l) or equivalent , Bordetella and (Flu not mandatory but recommended )
- Vet records of shots.
- Feeding instructions: number of cups (l cup = 8 oz’s) of dry food and number of times a day… number of oz’s of wet food and number of times a day. Any special feeding instructions…
- Birthday or adoption day…

After you have completed the registration stop by either location from 10am to 2pm Monday through Saturday for a temperament test. This is the next step to see if your pup will be a fit for our pack
